Where do we ship to?

We ship to all 26 counties of in the Republic of Ireland.

Due to Brexit, we have stopped shipping to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free – Receive your order in approx. 7 to 9 days.

Fast dispatch is €6.50 – Receive your order in approx.. 5 to 7 days.

How long will it take to receive your order?

Once an order has been shipped it usually takes 1 to 3 business days to reach you. Items are usually received within 5 business days of ordering but allow up to 14 business days. If you have not received your package at this time, get in touch with us.

What if there your item was damaged during shipping, can you get a refund or replacement?

Of course! We want to make sure you are happy with what you get. If your item is damaged in any way, simply get in touch with us and will we be happy to discuss either a replacement or refund.

We can not offer you a refund on custom-made items. Only items that are from stock (not custom-made) can be returned within 14 days. for a full refund. You must contact us before returning any items to receive a Returns Number.

What is a returns number and why do you need one?

A returns number helps us to link the returned item(s) with the order/customer so we know who to refund and process the return and refund in a timely manner.
