Delivery Information
At The Framed Photo, we know how important it is to receive your framed memories quickly and safely. That’s why all our photo prints and frames are made in Ireland and dispatched with care.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver across the Republic of Ireland. All packages are sent via a reliable tracked service, usually An Post.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package(s). You can also track your order on our dedicated tracking page here: https://track.theframedphoto.ie/
Delivery Times
We usually dispatch between 3 to 5 business days. This may take longer during busy seasons like Christmas, Valentines Day etc.
With our Quick Dispatch option, your order will be expedited and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Quick Dispatch orders are often shipped same day if ordered before 1pm.
Delivery Prices
Standard Delivery is FREE.
Quick Dispatch is €10.00
Packaging
All frames are packaged securely to prevent breakages/damage during delivery. We use eco-friendly and recycled materials in our packaging.
Returns
We want you to love your framed photo, so if something is not right we are here to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your frame(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (see below for contact details). We will arrange a replacement quickly.
Change of Mind
Custom Framed Prints – As each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect photo uploads. Please double-check your preview before confirming your order.
Ready-Made Framed Prints – If you change your mind or are not happy with your order from our ready-made range of framed prints, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to refund your order (or part of). Note: return delivery for ready-made items will be at the cost of the buyer. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by us.
